Is Toby Whithouse writing for Doctor Who Series Six Or Was It A Slip of the Tongue?

Writer of both School Reunion and The Vampires of Venice Toby Whithouse was questioned at the San Diego Comic-Con as to whether he and Paul Cornell (Father's Day and Human Nature) would be writing for Series Six replied, 'We're contractually not allowed to say.'

Fellow panelist and novelist China Miéville then said, 'We can apply a bit of detective work here. If Toby’s contractually advised not to say anything, that must mean he’s under contract.'

So...will he or won't he? Only time will tell....
