Merry Christmas From Doctor Whoniverse

Merry Christmas! And as sure as it means turkey and mistletoe, it means a brand new episode of Doctor Who tonight! Or at least that's what the BBC Press Office and Doctor Who Adventures have been telling everyone for the last five years. Anyway, merry Christmas, and I'd live to thank everyone who is reading this because without you lot I'd have been a massive flop, most of all my 7 (as of 20th December - if you've subscribed since then, thanks, it's eight now), in no particular order:

Jan Burke, Howl Pherson, Timelord President, Blink, Samjones, Joetoonz and Jenny.

This also happens to be my 200th post., and the last one of today, so why don't you switch off the PC and join in the festivities - at least until 6 o' clock!

Advent Calendar Day Twenty-Four: A Christmas Carol

So, here it is. My Huge Adent Calendar Amibition has finally reached its end. I've donewhat I really didnt expect and managed one poer day (pre-posting is my god!) and merry Christmad. But first...here's my traditional preview of this episode, on Christmas eve in case you don't visit websites on the day itsef.

Christmas Eve, the darkest part of winter, the exact midpoint - only halfway out of the dark, and sevral thousand people are on board a crashing spaceship, unable to land safely because of the fog on the surface of the planet. Kazran Sardick, the richest man in Sardicktown, has the power to save them - but he won't. The Doctor's only chance is to fisit him several times in his life and try to change him for the better - with the help of Abigail Pettigrew.

And that's your lot. Goodbye!

Advent Calendar Day Twenty-Two: Wii Miis!

One of the best parts of the Nintendo Wiis is the Mii characters they can create. With http://www.myavatareditor.com/, Miis can be downloaded onto your computer. Here's my attempts. Guess who?

New DWM Special Revealed: The Eleventh Doctor Companion Volume Two

Thanks to the DWM Facebook Page. Am I the only one who feels that these are going down in quality? In the same amount of time, we used to have the full series in one volume, this slot would be used for something else, like the great 200 Golden Moments special last year!

Day Nineteen: Shadows of the Vashta Nerada Jigsaw!

Advent Calendar Day Seventeen: Trading Cards

Since the Alien Armies range was terminated last year, the Doctor Who universe has been missing something tarding-cards-wise. The free pack here is playable in the same way as the Alien Armies in that each card has a Defence (Green) and Attack (Red). To win a card, you must have a higher Attack score than the opponent's Defence.Don't expect them all to be avaliable quite so easily as they are here though!
