Day Ten: Real Police Boxes

Once again, I am doing a Google Maps Thing.
Will Work On Google Maps/Earth, Bing, and others. Most will work on Google street view

MK2 Boxes:
(The TARDIS was based on one of these.)

Earls Court Box: 51.492220, -0.193013 (this was constructed in 1996, so it's not an actual 50s box) (Mk2 replica)

Glasgow Boxes:
(Originally painted red, these looked a lot like the MK1s, with 'POLICE' written across their roofs, and two signs.)

Infamous Cathedral Square Box: 55°51'43.47"N 4°14'11.36"W

Buchanan Street Box:55°51'37.90"N 4°15'14.42"W

Wilson Street Box: 55.858686, -4.248569 (this is rarity - the only one of a kind I've found - most Glasgow boxes were once red, before being repainted blue. And yes, boxes were found on traffic islands!)

Byres Road Box: 55.878028, -4.290011 (now a charming little coffee stand!)
